Englisch: firm, company, name of a company
Unter Firma versteht man nur den Namen eines Unternehmens, aus der die Rechtsform bzw. der persönlich haftende Gesellschafter hervorgeht und unter der das Unternehmen/die Person in Erscheinung tritt. Oft wird im Sprachgebrauch unrichtigerweise die Firma mit dem Unternehmen oder der Gesellschaft gleichgestellt.
